The Pavilion has numerous rental facilities available for public use. This premier Covered Arena has a 120' x 300' show ring that is adjacent to the barn with over 200 stalls. The grand stands seat 4,200 and is perfect for large spectator events. Warm up areas are close by in addition to ticket boots, concession areas and restrooms. The facility has campsites available for your participants as well. Over 200 stalls are available with a light bedding for any of your livestock event needs.  Click here to see our Barn/stall layout. The North Arena is 150' x 250', fenced and lighted.  This arena can be rented separately. The Sale Arena is a climate-controlled auditorium featuring a sales ring measuring 46.5' x 49.75' with a 12.75' ceiling, with theater-style seating for 800 and an elevated judges/announcer's stand.  It can be used for various types of events from livestock sales/auctions, boxing matches, concerts or as a training venue. Open Field Events Area




The open field events area measures 200' x 150' and is adjacent to the picnic pavilion. This area can be rented separately. Multipurpose facility complete with full kitchen and is 39' x 81.5 with a 10.5' ceiling - 3178 square feet total. Total capacity is 299 with 50 tables. The 1,000 space parking lot has some asphalt parking spaces but is mainly comprised of open/grassed areas.  This area can be rented separately for events that need large open space. The picnic pavilion is a 36' x 36' open pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms and shower facilities which are available for the campsites. A multi-purpose, 11,000 sq. ft. facility complete with a full kitchen your caterer will love.  Event Holders have 72" round and 8 ft. rectangular table for their use in addition to 300 banquet chairs.  It is a perfect venue for weddings, receptions, family & school reunions, conferences and training sessions.  An air-wall is available to separate the auditorium into two halls - North Hall (approx. 7,400 sq. ft.) and South Hall (approx. 3,700 sq. ft.).
