It seat approximately 100 people among all the rooms.  Meeting rooms have hardwood floors, and there are restrooms inside.  The home is situated just across the parking lot from the Clear Creek Family Activity Center which has an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor track, and fitness area.  Also, just down the park street is the Clear Creek Golf Center, a 9-hole executive course.  And last, but not least, it is situated in beautiful Clear Creek Park. We are in the heart of Downtown Shelbyville in a home that was fully renovated as a beautiful restaurant with Old World Charm. Our Executive Chef, Tracy Gibson, with her expertise and creativity has brought the menu to the top with Mediterranean flavors of Italian, Greek, and French along with good Kentucky favorites.




When you enter Bell House Restaurant, you feel welcomed as we delight in the “down home hospitality” that cannot be surpassed. The Tuscan and Farmhouse together can hold 35-40 people with pocket doors open between them. The French room is good for small groups of 10-14. the whole restaurant can hold up to 67 people at one time. If your meeting or conference is at another location, we can cater lunch or dinner for several hundred people. We offer a unique twist to breaks with putting contests, putting and chipping demonstrations from our pros, driving range chip and cookie stations or just meet then head out for a full round of golf for your entire group. Cedarmore Retreat & Conference Center The Fields Worship Center is a large-group meeting space, equipped with state-of-the-art sound, video & lighting capabilities. The worship center adjoins the Fields Conference Center and is a short walk from lodges and cabins. Seating capacity: 200 minimum; Full sound system, stage, lighting, and projection video. Renovated in 2010, the Byrdwell Conference Center now boasts a large meeting space along with conference rooms. The large meeting space includes a theater-style stage, widescreen front displays, sound and lighting. It is an ideal venue for groups up to 200 people. Maximum seating capacity: 200, Minimum 150 guests to rent. Stage, lighting and rear projection screens are provided. Seven breakout spaces also available.




Our Dinner House provides you with a wide selection of rooms to make your event special. We have the right room or combination of rooms to accommodate most any group for business meetings, organization meetings, receptions, banquets or buffets. The Kentucky Room has the charm of a large family room with a fireplace and will seat up to 150. The Thoroughbred and Saddlebred Rooms both have Kentucky horse country motif and each comfortably seat up to 55. The Colonel’s Quarters are our largest banquet room. It has warmth, a large fireplace and will seat up to 1000 or may be divided to accommodate your needs. We design our service around your needs for your event. We can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner or receptions and served buffet style, in stations, family style, plated service or hand passed. Buffets require a minimum of 30 guests. We also have a full beverage service for all your events. You may have a host, guest bar or a combination. Floral Hall is a multi-purpose building which measures 60’x140′ and can seat approximately 150 people. It has both heat and air conditioning; along with a kitchen and both men’s and women’s restrooms and a small storage room. The kitchen area has a refrigerator and a stove along with a sink. When renting Floral Hall you will also have use of the tables and chairs along with a stage area. There are approximately 80- 8′ white plastic tables and 300 gray metal folding chairs.   Floral Hall is the ideal facility for meetings, wedding receptions, dances and many types of shows. The Pavilion at Gallrein Farms has space for everyone! Surrounded by beautiful green pastures, trees, and a pond . . . there’s really no better place to gather friends, family or co-workers! And there is enough space outside for the kids to run and have a great time! Our pavilion offers 6500 square feet of heated and air-conditioned space for gatherings such as family or class reunions, company picnics, church groups, weddings, and wedding receptions.
