Most of our party and event tents are still quite new and look great. We go out of our way to ensure our table and chair rentals look good and work properly. Our china, flatware and linens are beautiful and always clean. When your reputation is literally laid out on a table for all to see, little details like clean glasses and fresh linens make a big difference. Whether it's a small wedding reception for immediate family, an all-company picnic for 200, or a multi-day festival with 2,000 in attendance, we take some of the stress out of planning your event by ensuring you have the right size tent, as well as the tables, chairs, place settings, power generators and A/V equipment you need. We deliver everything to your site and set up your tent for you. When your event is over, we pick everything up in a timely manner. With party rental locations in Brookfield, Madison and Appleton, we provide event tent rentals throughout southern and central Wisconsin. Our wide range of party tent styles and sizes can accommodate graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate events, festivals and concerts, auctions and virtually any other event imaginable.
We have extensive experience with wedding receptions and can provide everything from the traditional white wedding tent to elegant place settings. We also rent bounce houses—highly recommended if you’re hosting a child’s birthday party or just looking for a way to keep youngsters at your event entertained. In addition, we can provide lighting, grills, catering dishes, and even equipment for concession foods like sno-cones, popcorn and cotton candy. And if you’re looking to take your event to Margaritaville, we even have specialty blenders to render those frozen concoctions. All modesty aside, we provide what we sincerely believe to be the best party and tent rentals throughout the Milwaukee, Madison and Fox Cities areas. For more information, please contact the office at 319-268-0787. Because of the differences in cabins, it is hard to give specific pricing on each one. The cost per night varies between $65 – $85 depending on the cabin. 1, 2 & 3 bedroom cabins are available. All cabins contain a bedroom(s), fully stocked kitchen, living room and a full bathroom. Bedding and towels are NOT provided. Cabins are available for rent from Mid April – Mid October with the exception of 3 cabins that are available during the winter. **NOTE** NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS. Full hook-up sites include water, electricity and sewer $25 per night during events (conferences, concerts) $20 per night during non-events $20 per night during events (conferences, concerts) $15 per night during non-events The largest of all our buildings, the Event Center can hold up to 1,500 people.
