The Longmont Museum offers distinctive spaces for wedding ceremonies and receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, business meetings, corporate parties and other special events! This 250-seat auditorium features state-of-the-art acoustics, lighting and audiovisual equipment. A 7-foot-6-inch Shigeru Kawai concert piano is also available for use. This space is ideal for performances, lectures, films and large employee meetings. The elegant glass-walled Swan Atrium is suitable for formal or informal gatherings. It seats 80 at tables or can hold up to 180 for a standing event. This space is perfect for wedding receptions and corporate parties. Kaiser Permanente Education Center




Suitable for meetings, retreats, presentations or classes, the Education Center seats up to 150 and can be divided into three smaller spaces for breakout sessions. It also works well as an overflow space from the Swan Atrium for larger events. The Museum’s grassy outdoor courtyard can hold up to 300 people and features a central pavilion. The courtyard can be used for wedding ceremonies, picnics, performances and more. All additional attendees must be pre-paid to get the discounted rate. $170 up to 11 children, $225 up to 16 children Included in the Craft Party: 45 minutes craft time with crafts designed to fit your theme and age group Set up, instruction and clean-up of craft Admission to the Museum for up to 11 children and 2 adults- $170 Admission for up to 16 children and 4 adults- $225 The following policies apply to Birthday Parties: Birthday Parties can be scheduled by contacting Elaine Waterman. Birthday party rentals are available on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm (party start time) and Sundays from 2 to 3pm (party start time). Children MUST be accompanied by adults AT ALL TIMES during the birthday party. Tables, chairs, and counters must be wiped clean and all trash disposed of in provided receptacles at the end of the party. Tablecloths, helium balloons, and crepe paper are permitted only in the Classroom, and must be attached to tables and chairs only.




Clients are not permitted to tape or affix any decorations to walls, cabinets, other furniture or other surfaces. All decorations must be removed and disposed of at the end of the party.
