The Lombard Park District has a variety of rental options available for your next event. We offer affordable rental packages for the Lombard Community Building, Lombard Lagoon, Log Cabin and Western Acres Golf Course. For each of these rentals, the use of tables and chairs for guests is included in the rental price. St. Charles Road, Lombard Located in Lombard Common, the Lombard Community Building is a well-equipped, spacious facility that features a lobby, kitchen and two separate rooms available for rent. The kitchen includes an industrial stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and 50-cup coffee pot. The main room, Room 1, can accommodate 150 for dinner and 175 for a meeting. Additional space is available in Room 2, which can accommodate up to 25 for dinner and 50 for a meeting. Main and 16th Street, Lombard Built as Lombard’s Bicentennial project, the rustic Log Cabin is a favorite among residents.
Located in the beautiful Four Seasons park, the Log Cabin combines modern convenience with historic charm. The facility includes a kitchen, air conditioning, and a large fireplace. This facility accommodates 50 for dinner or overnight and 75 for a meeting. 430 Marcus Avenue, Lombard Sunshine floods through the ten-foot windows of this facility, which is set on the banks of the Lombard Lagoon and located in a picturesque park. This air-conditioned facility boasts a great room with soaring ceilings, a small kitchen and a scenic view of the Lagoon. This facility accommodates 50 for dinner and 75 for a meeting. Western Acres Golf Course Clubhouse 2400 W. Butterfield Road, Lombard Rent this spacious clubhouse for your next party and enjoy the view onto Western Acres Golf Course. The facility is available as a rental from November through March, weather permitting. The facility include a large, open room and a bar. It can accommodate up to 60 guests and alcohol permits and packages are available.
437 E. St. Charles Road, Lombard Paradise Bay is available for private rentals for groups up to 1,100 people. The facility is available from 7–9 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and from 8:30–10:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional guests may be added ($40/$60 per every 50 additional guests). There is an option to rent the whole facility, or just the areas that fit your needs. Add Tropical Terrace to provide food and drink at your event. Park Picnic Areas & Shelters The Lombard Park District has several tranquil and well-maintained picnic sites and shelters throughout the village. Each one has its own scenic view of beautiful parks including Lilacia, Madison Meadow, Lombard Common, and Lombard Lagoon. They are perfect for a family event, company picnic, and more. All shelter facilities are ADA compliant. Host your wedding ceremony and/or reception in Lilacia Park. The ceremony space is located in the open garden near the water fountain. White garden chairs, two rectangular tables, two tall boy tables, a kneeling bench, sound system, and a trellis are available for rent for your ceremony for an additional fee.
Reception rental space is available under the pavillion and brick patio area.
