As of July 1, 2016, the Events Office only offers self-pickup equipment rentals. 




Ordering customers will be responsible for the pick up and return of this equipment to the Events Office in Kerckhoff Hall and orders will be limited to a maximum of ten 6’ tables and/or 40 white folding chairs. If you would like to place a self pick up order, please email your request directly to events@ucla.edu with the subject line Equipment Rental Request and following information: If your event is in a location that is scheduled by the Events Office (i.e. outdoor quad spaces and general assignment classrooms) we will continue to coordinate third party rentals, event management, and other necessary services for these activities through our event management team. The security deposit is for protection from damages handled entirely by airbnb and refunded to the guest 48-hrs after the check-out date.The cleaning fee is a one-time fee charged to each reservation, not a nightly fee. It covers cleaning expenses AFTER guests check out.For guests staying more than 7 days, regular housekeeping can be scheduled upon request and for an extra charge.Guests are expected to take care of the unit by keeping it clean and tidy. For guests staying more than 3 nights, bed sheets and towels can be washed using the washer and dryer available in the unit.CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:Our preferred check-in time is from 2:00 PM onward and latest check-out time is 12:00 noon.
