Have guests witness a romantic ceremony filled with love at the venue’s elegant white orchid pavilion. Or exchange vows on Makalapua Lookout, with a panoramic view of the gardens as your backdrop. Your photographers will marvel at the picturesque settings, which include an orchid display, waterfalls, a bell tower, a bridge and a golden bamboo area. Nani Mau has indoor and outdoor facilities that you can choose from for your wedding reception. Skilled chefs prepare delicious food tailored to your specifications. The wonderful event coordinating staff at Nani Mau will work with you to ensure that all the details of your special day are taken care of.




Nani Mau Gardens promises that your special day will be remembered by you and your guests as “forever beautiful. Outdoor Ceremony, Indoor/Outdoor Reception Max Outdoor Ceremony: 300 guests Max Indoor Reception: 450 guests Max Outdoor Reception: 120 guests Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM. There is no rental fee for the reception. The set up fee for a ceremony is $350 with reception rental or $550 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged upon availability. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. Your email address *Q. How long can I keep my rental? The base price for all of our items is for up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee.




If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option. Q. How much space will I need for my rental? Dimensions for each product are listed on the product page. We recommend at least 1 ft. of extra clearance on all sides. If you want your inflatable placed in your backyard, you also need to make sure that your gate is at least 3.5 ft. wide to allow enough space to get our equipment through. Q. What time will you deliver? After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time. Q. Can I pick up the rental?Our insurance requires that we deliver and set up all rentals for safety reasons.




Q. Do I need to supply power for my party rental? Yes, power is required for inflatables and most of our other rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost. Q. Can you set up inflatables at parks?However, most parks require you to get approval prior to setting up a moonwalk. They also require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an additional $25. Q. When do I pay for my order? A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation. Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation?




Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds. Q. Can I buy an inflatable or party item from your company? Yes, in addition to renting equipment we sell all of our used inflatables. We also provide new equipment. Please note that all sales in Texas are taxable at 8.25%, unless you are tax exempt. “Beautiful Place to Stay. I'd so Live here!” This is the first time we stayed on this side of the Island. I was not disappointed! what a Beautiful Home, so open and clean! Beautiful Greenery, Flowers even tho it rained the entire 7 days we were there, we did have breaks and were able to do quite a bit. Thankfully Jim had researched what to do on the island and what to do on rainy days. Places he recommended to... “Great house, views and location....” Whale House is perfectly located in HPP to get to just about anywhere on the island. Close to grocery, dining out, and farmer's markets. The house itself is very clean, spacious, and uncluttered. Lovely wrap around lanai with table, chairs, loungers, and BBQ. Kitchen has the necessary items. Ceiling fans everywhere to compliment the island breezes. Whale House is built upon a very picturesque lava flow. Ocean views are great. “Whale of a Deal!” The only thing better than the Whale House itself, was the hospitality!
