The staff were friendly and easy to work with and the food was delicious. Since having our wedding ceremony two weeks ago at the Ambassador Garden Atrium, I have highly recommended to others who are engaged that they should also look into doing their ceremony here as well. Planning an outdoor wedding in Erie is hard to do with the unpredictable... This place should be your first, last, and only stop if you want a superior wedding experience. The food was amazing, the portion sizes... Lynn at the Ambassador made my wedding day so easy! Everything fell into place and was beautiful. We loved the Hemingway room for the reception and got so many compliments from our guests. We loved that the ceremony and reception could be done in the same building! Every staff member is absolutely amazing, especially Lynn. She managed to put together my dream wedding in just 4 days! It was everything we hoped for and more. I cannot say enough good words about everyone that works here. They truly made our day magical and the best day of our... Overall they did an amazing job. There were only a few things we learned the following day we weren't pleased with. While staff was removing plates of food they were scraping them in front of everyone instead of taking them to the kitchen. We were suppose to have a suite for the... We had a great experience with the Ambassador! And Lynn especially was wonderful!! She made the whole experience easy and fun, she was an absolute pleasure to work with!!
The atrium room at the ambassador was an absolutely stunning venue for or wedding and reception. They worked with us to make all of ideas come together seamlessly. We received many compliments on how good the food was. Working with Lynn as the coordinator was so easy. We chose to have both our religious ceremony and our reception in the Ambassador's Atrium. They were very flexible with us, and set the room up in a way they never had before since it is what we wanted. The room is beautiful, and even though our day started cloudy, the glass... I used the Garden Atrium for my bridal shower! It was absolutely beautiful and the servers and coordinator were great! The only thing I would say is that the room is very warm as it is like a green house with the windows as the ceiling! I have wanted to have my wedding reception at the Ambassador for years! It is a gorgeous venue with tons of space to accommodate large or small receptions. Rebecca was such a blessing to work with. She talked us through everything and made sure we had the wedding of our dreams!...
Wonderful service & beautiful venue We loved having our reception at the ambassador. The staff was great to work with, and basically did everything for us. It all ran so smoothly, and was beautiful! We had our wedding at the Ambassador Center in Erie Pa. The food and service were excellent. The only negatives were: It was hot in the Garden Atrium Room where we had our ceremony (even though we talked to them about it because it was also warm during our rehearsal the night... I can't rave enough about the Ambassador Center! Our wedding coordinator, Paula, was amazing and the venue was absolutely gorgeous! We had a separate parking lot, coat check and private entrance for our guests, which was great! Food was absolutely amazing - and... We had our reception in the Garden Atrium. There is a glass cieling so you get all the natural light, then the stars on clear nights! The food was really good as well. We had the stuffed chicken or the prime rib. We heard no complaints about either.
The food was awesome, the reception was gorgeous, the wedding coordinator was great and always quick to answer my calls. I would recommend this to anyone with a big wedding! There were no problems. My wedding coordinator went on maternity leave six weeks before my wedding, but the lady who took over maintained contact and every thing went well. The food was amazing.
