Where can I find the resident handbook? How do I receive mail and packages?




How do I pay my rent? University House offers many different payment options for you to choose from. You can set up monthly ACH payments, or pay rent by check or money order in the office. You can also make a credit/debit card payment online, however there is a convenience fee if you pay online using this method. Is renters insurance required? Renters Insurance is not required at University House but is highly recommended. Renters insurance is very inexpensive and covers your personal belongings in the event of a fire, theft, or natural disaster. University House is not liable under these circumstances. What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment? Once you move in, you can submit a service request online or simply call the leasing office. If the issue is an emergency, University House will provide an after-hours maintenance emergency phone number. Can I fill out an application online? You can access the online application by clicking the “Apply Now” link at the top of the home page.

Max Indoor Ceremony: 750 guests Max Indoor Reception: 1,500 guests Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight. The rental fee ranges from $1,800 to $4,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time includes set up and clean up time. There is also a beverage minimum applied to all events. Please inquire with venue for customizable food and beverage options. The average wedding cost at Sheraton Birmingham Hotel is estimated at between $5,960 and $13,510 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
