step 1

Steps Flash Latest BlissRom Based On Android Q :-

with official twrp

- Wipe everything except internal and sd card 

- Flash only rom

- Reboot to recovery and flash rom again

- Flash gapps , migrate , magisk whatever you want blah blah

- Reboot :)

Note :- You can follow this steps on any Recovery u want !
