We are proud of our product quality and we would like you to see how your bedroom pieces will be manufactured from order to delivery and installation.Swan Systems Furniture started life as a door importer and has evolved into a specialist manufacturer and creator of bespoke bedroom furniture. With 2 retail sites in Hampshire and a brilliant team of employees, the Company is set to design and install a record number of bedrooms in 2016. Extra wall/bottom liners 100mm x 2450mm x 18mm (15mm Classic colours) Your sliding wardrobe door kit comes with wall/bottom liners as standard, (unless cancelled when ordering) but where more are needed, you can order them separately The wall liners are pieces of melamine faced board matching the colours of your door frames and tracks that are used as a striker plate for your doors to close on to, they attach to the wall either by being bonded with panel adhesive or similar (not supplied) or when this is not possible they can be screwed and capped.
The bottom liner gives you a rigid base for the bottom track to sit onto. The bottom track should never be fitted directly onto carpet, ideally the carpet should be cut and re-fixed with carpet grip to the front and back of the bottom liner. When opening widths over 2450mm two bottom liners are needed butted up to each other. Please note we will allow for the right amount of liners to be delivered with your order (unless liners have been cancelled when ordering). So you only need to order extra liners if you require them for any other application like to face Height reducing blocks or angled ceiling brackets. THESE LINERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY WITH DOOR ORDERS. THEY ARE HOWEVER AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM OUR PREMISES.
