The glass doors are extremely heavy & I worry that the carcass is strong enough for them & a full load of clothes etc. Assembly an absolute nightmare with probably the worst instructions ever. Took 2 of us, experienced flat pack assemblers, over 5 hours over 2 days and still an alarming number of bits left over!

Fitters recommended by Bensons arrived and had wardrobe assembled and in place secured to wall in about an hour. One problem so far is a warped hanging rail, they don't appear to be very strong or well made, local store not interested, need to speak to customer services for a replacement when they open after the weekend. Otherwise we love it!" "We used a fitter recommended by the Hastings Store. The door slides in a poor fashion. The fitter said it would 'settle'.
"My carpenter who erected this unit for me says it is very well made (being German I imagine it would be!) but one small note - the side panels appeared grey to both myself and my carpenter whilst in the showroom and so we proceeded with grey wood effect laminate flooring to co-ordinate. The side panels are in fact pale oak - it tones in quite well anyway but if you are a stickler for detail, you might find it annoying! I am hoping to sell the house next year so I hope I won't have to look at it for years and years! "Get what you pay for, glad we did a 3 for 2 with some other Moreno pieces. Flimsy, with useless instructions. Doors are not built, you have to balance the mirrors on top of each other one by one and screw into metal edge. If this lasts more than 3 years I'd be amazed. Should have stuck with IKEA. "These wardrobes look fabulous for the price. After getting prices from other bedroom companies decided to go for this product as they are basically all made of the same MDF.
Bensons were very helpful and suggested a recommended fitter who charged £80 to put up the largest wardrobe but did a fantastic job absolutely perfect and well worth the extra money. My husband put together the bedside cabinets and chest of drawers but as these are a good price suggest you get the experts in unless you are a DIY enthusiast." Fitting was easier than expected, the You tube clip helped (link from website) Staff in store were excellent, bought ours from the Birstall store. "No idea what the product is like but the assembly instruction are absolutely useless. I wish I bought a wardrobe from IKEA with clear instruction how to assemble. I have no idea as there is no instruction where to start. Last time I would buy anything from Benson for Bed." "Agree with S Hurst, this took 4 people to just try and figure out how to put it up, it would be a good idea to have labels on each item as this was one of the problems. Also the backing to put up was a real problem as this took up at least an hour of our lives which we will never get back.
That said, it does look good, but if I ever have anything from Bensons I would definitely have assembly service. "My brother who is an engineer has been trying to put this together for me today with help from my fiancé. In total, it has taken just more than 5 hours so far, and is still not finished. We have just given up to start again at the weekend. I would definitely recommend that if Bensons are going to continue selling products like this, they offer an assembly service!!! Seems like very good quality wardrobe, though." "Do not agree with the above review, my husband and his friend put the wardrobe together within a few hours. You only need to attach the 4 separate panels of each door together which didn't take long at all. Looks great, is sturdy and very spacious. "Having previously bought from Bensons, I was happy to purchase again. However BEWARE .... the Moreno range wardrobe doors come in 3 parts each - not ready assembled doors to fix onto carcass so a BIG pain.
My experienced fitters had never seen anything like it before . . . and they do lots of work for Bensons. Unless you want the hassle, choose a range with complete mirrors on each door - I would suggest that the 'Easy Assembly Required' label is e x t r e m e l y misleading on this range."
