The installers, Robert and Lucas were wonderful. Very professional, no nonsense and knowledgeable of their task. They kept me informed throughout the project and cleaned up the areas as they finished. Also appreciated the reminder emails from the office from Michelle. She let me know what I would expect and when it would happen. Very nice to deal with. Lee DeGrange was great. His suggestions on the type of Windows I needed was spot on. Minde and the rest of the Lithuanian installation team were terrific. They worked efficiently and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They were careful and did a great job cleaning up. In particular, Minde pointed out that the method in which the siding had been previously installed allowed them to install the new windows without removing the shutters. He was very helpful in ensuring that I received a credit on the installation cost.
