To further maintain temperature, they are also equipped with a biased return air duct that protects against the introduction of warm kitchen air. To keep in the cool air, the doors have magnetic snap-in gaskets.With its stainless steel exterior and stainless steel interior (R-Series) or anodized aluminum interior (A-Series), these units are built to last a long time under heavy use.
