Talked to the General Manager and she didnt care at all. Hotel is just out to get the money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Very nicely appointed lobby. When we got to the room, it was another story. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Not a lot of room for unpacking. This is a nice resort style hotel and the rooms are nice. The room wasn’t spotless, under the bathroom sink needed better cleaning as did the carpet in the corners near the window and behind the sofa. We were visiting the theme parks and were driving in town. The hotel was in the centre of pretty much everywhere so getting around was not difficult.

We were there b/c my husband had a conference but I don't think it's the greatest hotel for kids (considering other hotels have more kids options and better pools).
