This includes shared common areas; fully furnished kitchen, lounge/dining, bathrooms, and laundry. Bedrooms are spacious and individually climate controlled.The kitchen is supplied with a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and rice cooker. Residents are responsible for providing their own cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, utensils and personal items.Bedrooms consist of a king single bed (with a mattress protector), bedside table, desk/chair/lamp and build in cupboard and drawers. Residents are responsible for providing all linen and personal items.
Disabled accommodation options are available.CostsThe rental cost in 2017 is $182 per week, or $26 per day. Casual short-term bookings (under 28 days) from $50 per day.
