I understood that the reader and not the writer finally judge writing and hence it is important to include all elements of ethos, pathos and logos is the required balance in order to create an interesting, thought-provoking essay with good arguments or opinions. This also taught me the importance of including personal anecdotes in my essays to grab the attention of the audience.
