When I got around to calling a second time two weeks had passed and this time around I got the run around and was told that they have to check their "warehouse" for a replacement part and they'd reach out to me the next day. Again they took my contact information and failed to contact me after that. So here I was faced with a 72lb box that I in no way want to deal with packing up and returning as I was unable either time to get a return slip for the product.Fast forward and I now have a $300 chair with a wobbly arm rest left feeling cheated and scammed.
