BOUGHT A SERTA MATTRESS FROM QVC ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS AGO AND THIS THING HAS NOT HELD UP AT ALL SO I CALLED QVC FOR THE WARRANTY AND WAS GIVEN SERTA'S CUST, SERVICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON THEN WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE WARRANTY FEES 35.00 TO FILE A CLAIM THEN A INSPECTOR WILL COME OUT AND SEE WHATS WRONG AND IF THERE ARE ANY STAINS. I THEN ASK ABOUT STAINS AND WAS TOLD IF THERE ARE ANY STAINS THE WARRANTY WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY BE VOID I DONT THINK I HAVE EVER SEEN A MATTRESS THAT DOES NOT HAVE SOME KIND OF STAIN I JUST FIGURED THAT IS A EAST OUT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO STAND BEHIND A WARRANTY.
