Volunteers work in mixed gender teams of four each evening.  They come from a variety of backgrounds, students working alongside retired people; those in professional occupations serving alongside those who are currently unemployed. Many team members are Christians whilst others make no profession of faith but all have a common aim of meeting the needs of others.
