Freecycle groups match people who have things they want to get rid of with people who can use them. Stoma Aid is a new initiative that will collate unused ostomy supplies in the UK and redistribute them to patients living with a stoma in developing countries that cannot afford or access supplies. Many of the items donated to us would have gone to land fill if they had not come to us. We reused over 350 tonnes in 2014.
