The door is fine and have been working it manually for a week, also there is no balance problems. I have turned the worm gear until trolley alone, reaches about half way down the track and pushed the wall button and the trolley goes to the stop and that is it... when I push the button again, the motor unit clicks and nothing else. I did notice a flashing green light near where the SRT button is located and it flashes five times. Also I have read all the trouble shooting guides in the manual and on-line on the web site...
