FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PPE (Personal protective equipment and Infection prevention materials

EngenderHealth is a leading global women's health organization working to catalyze the value of women and girls by harnessing the power of sexual and reproductive health. In Ethiopia, EngenderHealth is legally registered with the Charities & Societies Agency under registration no. 1233. Currently, EngenderHealth supports the Federal Ministry of Health in the expansion of Family Planning and other Reproductive health services in 300 woredas across 7 regions and 2 city administrations supporting more than 850 health centers/hospitals and 1580 health posts.

Engender Health Ethiopia office invites interested and eligible bidders for procurement of the following Materials for FPBC project funded by DFID:

Instruction to Bidders

Bid documents should be accompanied by:
Renewed Business License for 2012 EC
Commercial registration certificate
Tax payer identification Number certificate
Certificate of Competence/Authorization from EFDA/FMHACA
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of Engender Health Ethiopia. Which will be valid for six months.
Supplier should provide the items with 5 days after receipt of purchase order if not bid security will be forfeited
Bidders should provide sample for each item and selection will be made both on price and quality Winner should avail the items to the premises of Engender Health Ethiopia office.
Deadline for submission of bid document shall be on or before June 1 ,2020@ 6:am local time to the following address:
