The following policies and guidelines apply to catered and special events outside of the Student Union Building. Delivery, set-up, and equipment rental charges will apply. For event inside of the Student Union Building, please refer to the Student Union Event Guidelines available through Event Services. Event Services will provide food service tables for catered events free of charge. These are the tables used for buffets, beverage service, and staff service stations. Dining tables and chairs for up to 100 persons can be provided by Event Services. Delivery, set-up, and rental charges will apply. For events over 100 persons, tables and chairs can be rented from FO&M or an outside rental agency. The University Catering sales office can assist with the scheduling of rental tables and chairs. Event tables are 6′ x 30″ tables, 66″ round tables, and 36″R x 42″H cocktail tables. Delivery, set-up and rental charges will apply. Event chairs are black folding chairs.
