terms of service:

• to place an order, please contact me via twitter/email/discord.
• I DRAW:
  - real people
  - original characters(OCs) and fanart
  - semi-humans(vampires, elves, mermaids and human-like fantasy characters etc.)
  - character designs(extra fee applied)
  - 'surprise me' commissions(no extra fee)
• I DO NOT DRAW:
  - NFSW
  - mecha & furry
  - complicated backgrounds
  
• general:
  - I own full rights to the finished product.
  - I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at my own discretion.
  - commissioned artworks are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes unless discussed.
  - I may share completed commissions on my social media or portfolio unless discussed.
  - my signature may not be erased.
  - my artwork may NOT be used for AI training, or any AI-related purposes.

payment:
- bank transfer(IBAN)
- you can either pay 25% after the confirmation and 75% after I send you the sketch, or pay 100% upfront. I understand the concerns, so this choice is available and up to the customer.
- сovering the bank commission fee is the responsibility of the customer.
- prices are listed for 1 character. additional characters are +75% of base price.
- refund is not available at any point after I start working on the commission.

• workflow, revisions & deadlines:
  - once the sketch is done, I send you the preview. you must confirm it before I proceed with the work.
  - up to three major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage, free of charge.
  - minor adjustments to the finished artwork are free.
  - estimated deadline is 3-5 weeks depending on my workload, though it can be discussed.
  - the final artwork is digital only and is sent in the desired format(jpg unless discussed).
