We have a fully licensed Frame and Trussplant, it is run by staff with 25 years experience in Frame and Truss design. Tony Haydock leads this division of our operation, he is a member on the board of The Frame and Truss Manufacturers Association of New Zealand. This means he is right up to date with all the current changes that have taken place in our industry in recent times. We have the skill to take on the jobs others stay clear of. As your job is done locally you can sit down with and speak to those doing the job. We often work in conjunction with your architect to come up with a concept that works for all parties. We like to do this before you start the job as a fully worked layout can help identify problems before you start. We make Trellis to the size you require, so all you need to do is nail it in place. Our Trellis is made with 30mm x 10mm H3.2 pine clear timber, we use stainless steel staples so there will be no rusting.
This is sold on a square metre basis so you are only paying for what you require as opposed to buying the next size up and then having to cut it down (cutting trellis is a sod of a job and you can end up destroying it).We can accurately make most sizes up to 3.6m x 2.4m in one large piece, which can look nicer than many small pieces. We have Square Trellis,Diagonal Trellis and we have both Oriental horizontal trellis and Oriental vertical trellis. Please Note: Our Trellis Capping is sold seperately, we do not cap our Trellis. We have a large selection of doors available. These are hung in our factory to order, ready for you to fix into place. We have a large range available to us and brochures in store for you to choose from, so if we do not have your size and style in stock we can order them in. Most doors are usually available within a few days.If you only need 1-2 doors hung we can generally have them ready for you within a couple of days. House lots take a bit longer and it pays to get them ordered a week or two in advance.
We have a variety of door handles here in store, we also have a range of brochures as well as some samples available for you to select from. As there are hundreds of different types, we may need to order them in for you, this usually takes 1-2 days for delivery. If you select the type of door hardware you require before we hang your doors,we can pre drill the holes for you ,this is normally done at no extra charge. We stock H3.2 treated pine griptread decking in both premium and merch grade.Premium grade will have one clean face with no bark encased knots. Merch grade which is cheaper,can have a variety of knots in it. However with careful cutting you can get rid of a lot of the knots.
