This is rare bug on the site: image in image, video in image, image in figcaption. It is impossible to calculate all the variations of this bug. It is better to not generate a template in such cases. So admin wrote at 2017 "better to not generate IV than to generate a wrong IV". My opponents do this page, but they do it not as in the original (wrong order, slideshow, missed captions), media caption can be mixed. Examples:
At all case exist issues. If trace your attempts to correct this bug, it was done in one page, and in another it was broken.
