See all 107 customer reviews (newest first) Poor customer service - no substantive follow up to reporting faulty item. Moving parts rusting so squeaky as well as rusty, and marks on the fabric. This chair is amazing! It arrived on time and is the most comfortable chair I have ever had. My baby is bot born yet but its the most relaxing place I can feel nowadays. Nice chair but small. I am 5foot 2 and it just about does me. The one I used to have from mothercare was larger and probably better value. This is a well-made wooden chair and glides smoothly. The footstool is a good addition and it's helpful that this glides too, but I've had to put it out of reach of my toddler... My sis loves it. Gonna get it for my other sis who is pregnant. Please consider changing courier though as I really don't like your current one! Some of the parts (screws and A nut) were missing. Unable to put it together at the moment. Very comfortable and easy to mount, in 15 minutes is ready to use.
Very recommended for maternity My baby isn't here yet and I love this chair so much. I shopped around for a glider chair for over a month - my main concern being that I'm tall (5''8) and want neck support. Wouldn't be without it. Can't imagine being without it!!
