All of our mattresses that we are offering for travel trailer and RV use have been design with a steel innerspring coil system that will respond well to being places on a solid flat hard surface. One additional area where we set ourselves apart from other RV and travel trailer mattresses manufacturers is that we still manufacture all of our innersprings with a full steel heavy gauge boarder wire which helps with edge support and over-all integrity of the mattress. Some company have opted to remove the boarder rods so that the mattress can be rolled and shipped cheaply. This only lessens the quality and durability of the mattress. All of our mattresses are shipped flat, which may cost a bit more, but will give you a high quality, longer lasting mattress. We use a layer of super soft polyurethane foam that works together with a polyester fiber quilted top, that creates a luxurious sleeping surface.
