Like most remolding projects there were some surprises but project manager and sales rep were there to help in every i way. Fulfilled all their promises and met all our expectations. Very pleased with our Renewal by Andersen replacement windows. Since the installation I haven't been home much to find out how satisfied I am with the product. One slightly unsatisfactory item is the large screen on the double sliding window. This is awkward and difficult when the need arises to have one side open such as watering window boxes.
I've had to temporarily remove the screens from those windows all together. The team was great to work with because of their responsiveness. Tom, our installer, worked alone on our project. He was kind, and courteous; his work area was very neat, and exceptionally clean! And his workmanship was tops. Thanks for a job well done! Outstanding people all around from the salesman Jim, to Derick to the installers, Tom and Jason...(I think that was his name.) They mean what they say and say what they mean. Extremely satisfied with professionalism and good workmanship of this project. Just a lil pricey! Would have been nice to had better communication prior to date of install but it all worked out!
