Recommendations:If you've completed the main game, but have not yet played the Arrow DLC, it is advised that you make a back-up save to the cloud or an external drive after you finish Story Mode. That way if this glitch occurs you can delete and download your XBOX profile to reset the achievement, and then you can overwrite the glitched save and retry.
If the achievement has glitched and you have completed the main game AND the Arrow DLC, you will have to delete and download your XBOX profile and start a new game in another save slot. You will then have to replay the game through the end of Chapter 6 - The Lantern Menace to progress the game enough to find and unlock Solomon Grundy and Poison Ivy. Both of which are needed to get all 10 minikits in the Arrow DLC. Solomon Grundy is granted to the player after Chapter 5, but you'll have to go to the Hall of Doom to unlock Poison Ivy. The Hall of Doom is accessed through the Hall of Justice by destroying a silver statue with explosives and then using a bigfig to smash the floor and drop into a big hole. It's on the right side of the map from where you enter the Hall of Justice. If you need to switch characters, there's a red lever in the foreground, also as you enter the Hall. After that, you must then complete 2 quests for Mr. Mytzlplk and then another 2 for Poison Ivy. After Ivy's second quest is complete, she'll unlock and you'll be able to purchase her for 25,000 studs.
Once you've completed a quest, enter and then immediatly exit the Hall of Doom itself to reset the area for the next quest.Once you've finished up to this point, I recommend making a separate save on the cloud or external drive so that you can overwrite it if the glitch occurs again.Solution Text:Start the level in Freeplay to be able to unlock everything. You can also turn on the Minikit Finder cheat to make things a bit easier to locate. Be sure to stop before destroying the truck in the military base (but zip up the tents) as it's just before the end and you can look for minikits.#1: The plane in the background has one of those orange rings you can pull with a rope. Use a character like Wonder Woman and latch onto it. Keep tapping B until the meter fills and the plane will break open dropping a brown box. Smash the box for the minikit.#2: Just to the right of #1, you see a Deathstroke mask atop a short pole - a totem. There are five in all and this is the first. Be sure to smash each one of these it until the counter goes up by one.
The second totem can be found by going through the plane. It is on the left of the patch of brown earth mentioned in #3. If you start from the end of the plane wing on the left and run toward the screen, you'll find the third totem right along the cliff. The fourth totem is just outside the gate to the military base. From outside the gate, run toward the screen and a little to the left and you'll spot it along the cliff edge. From this position, run as far right as you can to find the fifth and final Deathstroke totem. Smash it and the minikit appears.#3: Go through the plane and in the small clearing on the other side will be a brown patch of ground. Hold Y and switch to Solomon Grundy, stand on the patch and hold B. Grundy will sink into the ground and then toss out a giant safe. Switch to Robin and stand on the target in front of the safe. Press B and Robin will change into his Science outfit. Press B again and then tap and X until the meter fills and the safe open revealing the minikit.#4: Also in the clearing behind the plane, under the wing on the left.
Smash... whatever it is to reveal the minkit. You'll likely pick it up smashing the object.#5: To the left of the plane wing that has Adam West above it, in the background, you'll see a bomb with sparkling blue metal on it. If you're still Robin from #3, just walk up to it and press B. Robin will switch to his magnetic costume (Joker has this ability as well). Hold B and he'll pull the bomb out of the ground. It'll float in the air for a second or two before shattering and revealing the minikit.#6: Further left of #5 is a cone of boards with a target on top. There are three of these and this is the first. Choose a character that can shoot beams or has a gun or a thrown weapon. Wonder Woman, Superman, Arrow, the list goes on... Anyway, hold X (B if you're using Superman's eye beams) and highlight the target. Let go of X and the character will shoot/hit the target which will cause the boards to collapse into a bonfire. The second one can be found in the same area as the shooting gallery.
The third can be found outside of the military base. Starting at the gate, run toward the screen and then veer right. You should be able to see it easily.#7: After climbing the waterfall, there will be a small minefield. On the left side, just past the skull-and-crossbones warning sign, you'll see a gold flower. Hold Y and switch to Superman. Hold B and target the flower with his eye beams. Hold them there until the flower shatters revealing the minikit. Incidentally, Superman is immune to the mine explosions, so he's perfect for this one.#8: Just after crossing the minefield, on the left side, you should see a small formation of flowers with a white target around it. Hold Y and switch to Poison Ivy, stand on the spot and tap B. She'll sink into the ground and come up further right under a locked hatch. She'll pick up the minikit and the hatch will open.#9: Do the shooting gallery as normal to unlock the way forward in the level (be sure to kill the enemies that spawn). Then switch to Batman, Arrow or even Felicity Smoak and look just to the left of the shooting gallery.
There should be a green sparkle. Walk over to it and the character should get lightning bolts over its head. Tap B and a green/red rotating push switch will be revealed. Push it counter-clockwise and the shooting gallery resets. Now just hit the targets again and the minikit is yours.#10: This one starts in the same area as the shooting gallery and will have two parts as the level continues:Just past the minefield, on the right, will be the first of 3 smashable barrel clusters we'll be looking for. Break it open and it will reveal the red/yellow/green 'trash' that Robin can pick up with his Hazard Suit. Hold Y and switch to Robin, then hold Y again and switch to his Hazard Suit. Hold B and pass the retical over the 'trash' to suck it up. You should see the number 15 on the back of the suit. To he left of the guard tower in front of the military base you'll see a crate and some barrels, there is more 'trash' behind the barrels. After sucking them up, your meter should read 30. The last 'trash' spot is just inside the base to the right of the truck (you only need 30, but this is here for completeness).
