INVITATION FOR BIDS

Tender No. SBD/NCB/ODE-0021/2020

Oromia Drilling Enterprise invites interested bidders under National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the Procurement of under mentioned items to be used for its different projects.

7. From the date of announcement interested bidders may obtain complete bid document during Working hours against payment of non-refundable fee of birr 200 (two hundred birr only) from The office mentioned in No.5 below up on presentation of Relevant Renewed Trade License, Commercial Registration Certificate, Certificate of Supplier List from Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency, Tax clearance, VAT & TIN Registration Certificate.

8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount 2% of the total Price quoted in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or certified cheque Payment order (COP). Insurance bond shall not be acceptable.

9. Bids must be delivered to the office mentioned in No.5 below before the closing date and time i.e. on June 12/2020, 2:00 pm.

10. Bids shall be opened at the same office on the same date at 02:30 pm in the presence of the bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.

11. Interested & eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Oromia Drilling Enterprise, Procurement & Property Administration Division, Kality Road in front of custom authority behind ZH Building P.O.BOX 5693 Tele:-011 440 09 43/011 440 08 88.

12. Oromia Drilling Enterprise reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
