🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Manager– Live Streaming & Social App Industry
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team in the live streaming and social entertainment industry.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with agencies, hosts, and streamers.
* Recruit, onboard, and support hosts to grow successfully on the platform.
* Monitor agency and host performance to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
* Organize and manage online events and community activities.
* Provide training, guidance, and operational support to improve engagement and retention.
* Prepare reports and provide regular feedback to management.
* Handle daily operational tasks related to agencies, hosts, and platform activities.
✅ Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in ACM operations, customer service (CS), business development, community management, user operations, or account management within live streaming apps, social platforms, or entertainment applications.
* Prior experience in the same industry is required.
* Good command of Chinese or English.
* Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with voice/chat-based social applications and virtual gifting systems.
* Experience organizing online social events is highly preferred.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
