What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build, refine, and maintain CRO-related specification documents
  • Identify campaigns requiring outside development resources
  • Manage/meet agreed upon SLAs for CRO development activities (internal & external)
  • Build new CRO campaigns and tests with a clear aim to improve digital sales KPIs
  • Update live CRO campaigns and tests as needed
  • Document CRO Engineering activities
  • Effectively communicate with both technical, and non-technical, team members
  • Ensure accurate tracking, capturing or reporting functionality of all tests is maintained
  • Manager proper implementation of all testing tools
  • Develop Kaspersky Lab’s automated testing capabilities
  • Increase the amount of testing activities performed in house (vs. using consulting hours)

What You Should Have/Know:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in an eCommerce environment/team 
  • BS/BA in computer science, marketing, or related field preferred 
  • Functional knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS is required; Knowledge/experience with Angular JS and responsive design is a plus 
  • Experience with CRO tools is a plus – preferred Oracle | Maxymiser, or Adobe Target 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English; communicative Russian is not required, but always welcome; other languages, always a plus 
  • Experience with cloud documentation & ticketing tools (preferred JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability, with strong documentation skills and the ability to create clear, concise and professional documents 
  • Readiness for long distance business travels as needed
