Used & new (11) from $642.00 Sold by Deal Bwat and Fulfilled by Amazon. HumanScale Freedom Chair with Headrest, Black Wave Fabric Buy "HumanScale Freedom Chair with Headrest, Black Wave...” from Amazon Warehouse Deals and save 52% off the $1,464.00 list price. The Freedom chair is designed to give the maximum ergonomic benefit to the sitter with a minimum number of manually adjusted controls. Once the chair is fitted, no further adjustment is required. The idea is that movement, which is essential for a healthy body, shouldn't be constricted by locking mechanisms and manual controls. In other words, sitting comfortably isn't something you should have to think about. The Freedom chair was designed specifically to encourage frequent, spontaneous changes of position. There are no locks and no tension springs to negotiate. Instead, there are elegant mechanisms that automatically support your body in every position you'll assume throughout the day. Headrests are added to chairs because your head needs support when you recline, which is why people without headrests put their hands behind their heads when they lean back.

However, fixed or manually adjusted headrests are never in the right place when you need them. The dynamic, position sensitive headrest on Freedom cradles your head and neck as you recline, and moves out of the way when you sit upright automatically! 17 x 27 x 48 inches 3.1 out of 5 stars #9,527 in Home and Garden (See top 100) #80 in Home & Kitchen > Furniture > Home Office Furniture > Home Office Desk Chairs > Adjustable Chairs 43.2 pounds (View shipping rates and policies) Freedom Chair by Humanscale: Headrest - Advanced Duron Arms - Gel seat - Standard Carpet Casters - Titanium Frame/Graphite Wave Seat HumanScale Freedom Task Chair F211 with Headrest Standard Seat Graphite Wave Fabric Standard Duron Arms Standard Chair Height Graphite Frame with Soft Hard Floor Casters Humanscale Freedom Task Chair - F111GV101 5 star27%4 star14%3 star8%2 star12%1 star39%See all verified purchase reviewsTop Customer ReviewsGreat if you prefer to work in a reclined positonAfter eight years constant use, it's worth every penny!!

The top floor of this historic four-floor building had remained untouched since its construction in 1914. In 2015 developers transformed this space into modern apartment units where dwellers can enjoy a view over beautiful central Oslo.

(Image credit: Jacqueline DuBois) This home's most striking feature is the vaulted ceilings that make the space feel open, airy and luxurious. It's not often a bathroom can be described as breathtaking, but this one truly is. Looking up at the 16-foot ceiling while enjoying a rainfall shower or sinking into the giant soaker tub is sure to be a unique experience. While color has been creeping into this Nordic home in recent years, a white and wood canvas is still standard. Kaja delicately adds depth with blue and green accents, and a bright yellow coffee table reminds us of her playful personality. Kaja has created polished and coherent decor throughout the space, from the color in the entry, to the concrete walls and minimal bedroom. Our Style: My style is classic, sporty and simple. Our home is also influenced by my boyfriend who has an above average interest in interior design. Inspiration: I am inspired by other people's homes, characters, designers and the outdoors.

The combination of these is what forms my style and how I would like my home to be. More specifically, I love Danish and Norwegian design, Illums Bolighus, window shopping, Instagram, Pinterest, and personalities such as Gunhild Stordalen, Olivia Palermo and Camilla Pihl. Favorite Element: The dining table. I love being able to gather friends and family for dinner and entertaining. Biggest Challenge: I can't say that we have any big challenges really. This is truly our dream apartment. I even appreciate the four flights of stairs. What Friends Say: We live in a fairly old area of town with a lot of architectural history, so many think it's neat to see such a modern apartment in such an old building. And most people love the bathroom. Biggest Embarrassment: Well, not that it's a big embarrassment, but I do look forward to giving the space a little more personality. We've only lived there for a year and everything from the paint to the furniture is still so new that sometimes I wonder if it feels a little "showroom-ish".

Proudest DIY: I am proud of the styling. I feel we managed to work with the slanted ceilings, choose items we really love and keep the decor somewhat minimal. I haven't gotten around to any big projects yet, but we have an ambitious plan to paint an accent wall behind the bed—it is over 5 meters (16 feet) high. Biggest Indulgence: The dining table. Best Advice: Follow real estate listings over time. Although you may have your heart set on a specific neighborhood, expand your search a little further than the area you'd like to buy in. Your dream home may suddenly pop up in an amazing area that you maybe haven't even heard of. , Stelton, Ferm Living, Menu, Nordmann Copenhagen, Muuto.
