newsru.co.il - Issue 2
d31. As I said, these are the same images, but in the gallery they add black stripes to make the photos square. You found an article where all the photos are rectangular. But if you open an article with quad pictures, you will see that the photo from the original article and from the gallery is the same. Then what better quality are you talking about?

2. There is link to gallery and image inside. You use @inline to this link, get captions and append it to existing image. Who says that link to gallery always contains same image and authors don't do mistakes? If there is mistake and link contains not the same image so you set wrong caption. In this case my template's caption always will be suitable for image. That's why it is dangerous, genius. You can not just take an image from one place, and a description of it from another.
You try to interpret the rules in their own way. You wrote: "What the user sees has priority over invisible information." If you refer to the rule so why do you set caption? Remove it cause there is no caption for images from original article.
3. Let's open this article in your template: http://newsru.co.il/israel/22apr2019/feu_0012.html
Let's heck image src: http://www.newsru.co.il/pict/id/large/1265843_20190422211221.jpg
Wow. It contains /large/ in url but you said "images that are not displayed in IV". So why do you use it? Maybe because this image without /large/ is very small? And you know it cause original article contains this: http://www.newsru.co.il/pict/id/1265843_20190422211221.jpg. And you get image from inlined gallery page. So why in one case you use the original image, and in the other you download from the gallery? As I said before, you need to use images with /large/, because they are always ...large.
4. When gallery contains less then 30 images it is possible to @inline and get all images. You can check this in my template: http://newsru.co.il/photo/17apr2019/russbusinesmen.html. Original article contains first six images. Do you propose to use the original link for the first 6, and for the rest to take it from the gallery? Bullshit.
