For a slower paced day at Jenkinson’s, visit our beautiful sandy beach. Relax in the sun or rest under one of our shady palm trees while listening to the sound of the waves of the Atlantic Ocean hitting the shore. Jenkinson’s beach is open daily, weather permitting, from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Jenkinson’s beach may also open the weekend before Memorial Day and the weekend after Labor Day, weather permitting. Lifeguards are on duty from 9:30 am until 5:30pm (hours may vary due to weather conditions) when the beach is open. (Swimming is prohibited when lifeguards are not on duty.) Season and half season badges can be purchased at our business office located behind Jenkinson’s Sweet Shop. Daily badges are available right at our beach gates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on a first come first served basis. I highly recomend it. Best hotel in Miami Beach 눇The decor and atmosphere is great, the food at the pool was very good and the Matador restaurant is excellent. Easy access to the beach, heated pools and beautiful spa facilities. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated as well as the floor corridors, it was one of my best experiences in a hotel in Miami Beach 눇Loved the place, will be back for sure. Some may find it be overpriced though. 눉The staff working in the restaurant had no clue what they are doing expect one French waiter who was the best waiter. We had breakfast 3 mornings consecutively, on one occasion my partner asked for well done fried eggs it has like half done, next morning he ordered the and got one well don't eggs and 2 portions of toast. Please train your staff to listen keenly or ask the guest to repeat the order if they don't understand.눇I like the open feel and the interior of the lobby and communal areas. The front desk and ball boys were very attentive and polite.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. 눉The Hotel always tried to charge us for the services which we did not receive (such as sun-bed or breakfast or mini-bar). At the end some of my stuff was stolen by the hotel staff (quite expensive warm accessories which I needed for cold weather). The things were stolen when they transfer from storage room to us on the departure time. I am quite disappointed in such intention from the Hotel. Never had such experience before (I travel a lot).눇location and style 눉The booked room was Ocean View and I was expecting a predominant view of the ocean. It was first a City View and then a Garden/Pools view. I was explained that if I wanted a predominant view of the ocean the room to book is Ocean Front View. The in house restaurant called Market needs improvements both on food and service.눇Design of the hotel lobby, bar, restsurants and rooms, very polite staff, very nice pools and garden.
눉Thewhole experience was horrible. waited over an hour to check in Couldnt get service at bar.. 눉The main lobby restaurant needs work .. The staff are somewhat stretched, so some orders tend to get quite delayed.눇The rooms are fantastic, we upgraded to the bungalows, though pricey, it was worth it. The matador restaurant, beach front were beautiful. (If I need to be very critial) - you always had to re-log into your wifi after 5minutes of not using it - very thin walls between the ocean front rooms so you clearly can hear your neighbour - WC is closable just with a glass door - no privacy눇Absolutely amazing hotel - honestly the best I ever stayed in! Everything was just perfect. I am very picky especially with the cleanliness and the staff service, which both was excellent in this hotel. The Market restaurant serves very good food! The interior design ist amazing! Next to our room was a family with a young baby that screemed during the entire night so we cant sleep - we told this to the reception and they immediately moved us to another room - excellent service!
