A lovely clean beach!Parking costs were very high.눇Breakfast and lunch restaurant was very good. 눉I had to change rooms twice due to mold & was saved by the on site engineer who insisted they move me after the manager said they didn't have any open rooms눇The working staff 눉Bathroom pretty small눇View from balcony 눉all of the beach chairs are crammed tight on the beach when the beach is huge and has so much room. 눉No place on the property to eat lunch at 12:30! 눉The room service coffee was delivered cold but was corrected.눇The bed was amazingly comfy. 눇We arrived and were upgraded to a beautiful suite. They even threw in the valet! 눉rooms and decor felt old and outdated, shabbier than I would expect for the price눇location, amenities 눉The doors in this hotel are made of metal and extremely heavy. If you weigh 110 pounds they are extremely difficult to close and even if you try with all of your might you have to be King Kong not to slam them.
The clock radio is impossible to work. I had asked Armstrong for help with it but he ignored me. If you turn on the radio you get static. If you turn the radio upside down you get a vacuum cleaner- sports radio combo to listen to. There is a constant clanging noise at night that seems to come from the heat and air unit. You won't be able to sleep well due to the metallic clanging. If you ask the staff for help with with things some of them are mean to you.눇The bed was comfortable, there are nice towels in the hotel. The room was well designed. The free breakfast is nice. 눉Renovation noise & mess, parking costs, outdated furniture in lobby & around, need "manager's happy hour" welcoming guests & creating uplift atmosphere눇The beach,pool,fitness, the room was good 눉Can't think of anything.눇Everything was a fine taste.The Cornell Art Museum is housed in the restored 1913 Delray Elementary School building on the Old School Square campus and is one of the surprises that people discover in Delray Beach.

Discover the fascinating story behind Old School Square! Enjoy a slide show of Delray Beach history followed by a walk through the beautifully restored, historic school buildings. This tour, for individuals and small groups, is led by one of our site docents; no reservation is necessary. The tour is offered on the first Thursday each month at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tour begins in the Cornell Art Museum. Tickets are $5 at the door. The Museum was dedicated in 1990 and named in honor of Delray Beach residents Harriet W. and George D. Cornell. The architecture, formally known as “Masonry Vernacular,” makes the building unique in the downtown area. This style was used for several smaller buildings in the Old School Square Historic Arts District. Without the colorful exhibit banners and other signage, one would never guess that the building is actually a museum. During the restoration process, the original atrium and classrooms, which are now exhibition spaces, were restored to preserve the rare Dade County Pine floors, tall windows and open space.
The only significant modification to the interior was to open the atrium up to the second floor, allowing for natural light to stream in and provide a more spacious feel. The first floor houses two large galleries for the main exhibitions and an Art Walk gallery for month-long exhibits of works by local artists. First Friday Art Walk is an open house for all the art galleries in downtown Delray Beach. Also on the first floor is a Museum Store featuring hand crafted art, decor and jewelry by 50 area artists. The second floor, accessible by two grand staircases or an elevator, has four exhibition galleries. The Cornell Art Museum is located to the south of the Crest Theatre building, and is connected to the Crest Theatre building’s Ocean Breeze Room and portico by a covered loggia.
