The people that work there seem nice and friendly. I like the things they sell. Cons Not crazy about lax policy on shoplifters and that they never call the police. I do understand the safety of not being a hero or following them out of the store though. Advice to Management We only have 1 at the moment. They are a bunch transferring to different stores. Cons Not enough hours (sometimes half of part-time hours), not much room to wiggle or grow Advice to Management Nothing. It's just retail, so I understand why there isn't much room to improve.
