We have two services to choose from, White Glove and Economy. If you want to pack your mattress yourself, our Economy service is ideal for you. We recommend packing your mattress using the following tips – Place your mattress in a plastic mattress bag, then in a mattress box. Make sure the box is padded with moving blankets, for extra protection. Label the top end of the box and write your address as well. – Then, help our driver load your mattress onto the truck. Upon arrival, your mattress will be dropped off curbside at its destination. On a tight schedule? Ask about our Economy Select and Economy Plus packages. Hope Medical Supply’s rehab department is directed by a RESNA-certified ATP and provides customized power wheelchairs, custom manual wheelchairs, custom and specialty pediatric medical equipment, ultra lightweight wheelchairs, tilt in space wheelchairs, scooters, patient standers, and pediatric hospital beds. Complex rehab includes customized manual wheelchairs and high end power wheelchairs for individuals with mobility deficits due to neurological diagnoses, myopathy, or musculoskeletal diagnoses. A few examples of these diagnoses are multiple sclerosis (MS), Spina Bifida, cerebral palsy, ALS, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, paraplegia, and hemiplegia. Hope Medical Supply is a Medicare Complex Rehab provider; however, we are not a Medicare competitive bid supplier for basic medical equipment items such as: walkers, rollators, canes, crutches, bedside commodes, hospital beds, low air loss mattresses, enteral nutrition, oxygen equipment, CPAPs or BiPAPs, standard/basic manual wheelchairs, or standard/basic Scooters. Medicare beneficiaries in need of these items and wishing to bill Medicare for these items must utilize a competitive bid supplier.
