While I'm working, I usually sit with the cushion on for about 40 minutes, and then I take the thermachill, roll it on my neck, wrists, and lower back and then go for lunch or a quick walk around the block.
The thermachill works really well because it has tea tree oil and menthol and works on your pain, first warming the affected areas, and then soothing it with a cooling sensation.
