We booked with Nice executive coaches from KL Sentral to Singapore, when we got to Singapore we were informed that we had 10 minutes to clear Singapore immigration. We were at the back of a queue so it took us approx 15 minutes, when we got through we found that the coach had left without us!! The Singapore immigration were... bus service from kuala lumpur to penang. it stops at Sg Nibong in penang Island. a meal is provided on the bus. you have the single row or double row. they do not stop for pick up along the way. arrival is on time most of the time. this is not an attraction rather a bus service.can feel the knobs. Not worth the price, bad experience Nice Imperial ($49 one way, SG-KL). 1) Most of the chair not working, cannot incline. Request to change, then found out most chair are not working. Terrible than low cost bus manual chair. 2) Food not fresh. Food are brought in from Msia in morning, and my bus is night bus. Admittedly, I arrived at the SG Nibong terminal around 6 minutes late for my trip but the bus was still there but I had to claim the ticket first I bought online at the counter.
When at the counter, the guy told me the 6:00 bus was gone and told me that I have to buy a new ticket for... I haven't get to board the bus yet, but waiting for 1 hour already made me regret getting the tickets. I was just told I had to wait for another 30 minutes. The lady at the counter can't even communicate in English. Just avoid this, can't emphasize anymore. Waiting an hour plus in their waiting area is just a waste... I had specifically paid extra to experience the Nice Imperial. Boy oh boy, it was an experience that i will not want to go through again. Seats assigned to my family (5 of us) all were not functioning properly. Either the electric recliner not working (mine was at more than 45 degrees and had to stay there throughout... Took the bus from KL Sentral to Penang. Departed on 2nd Dec 16 at 7.50pm. After 40 minutes watching the movie, it froze n stop. When asked, was informed yes the seat i got, tv does not work. Bothing ekse was offered. Why advert that u provide movie if the tv does not even work??
This is not the first.... We departed at 0830hrs and arrived at KL Sentral close to 1630hrs. That's more than 7 hours coach ride. Not their fault cos the jam at Tuas Checkpoint was bad! The seating arrangement was unique, the left side faced 45 degrees to the window to offer a view of the journey. The right was facing front.
