Many of you know that I am such a girly girl when it comes to beauty and skincare (and clothes and shoes!), but I don’t put anything on my skin that I wouldn’t eat. First off, you need a dark amber/blue glass bottle (find them HERE). An easy way to make sure your Vitamin C is in the perfect form to get the most benefits you can use a pH test strip. Your serum should be right around 3.5. Secondly, make a small batch and use it only for 3-5 days. It is some extra work, but trust me, the benefits are worth it. Your radiant glow will make this worth your time. Print 1 teaspoon Vitamin C Powder (Find non GMO, natural Vitamin C HERE) 1 teaspoon distilled water 1 teaspoon glycerin (optional) (Find HERE) ⅛ teaspoon Vitamin E (optional) (Find non GMO, natural Vitamin E capsules HERE) small amber or dark glass bottle (Find them HERE) Mix ingredients in a small bowl until the granules are dissolved. If you omit glycerin and vitamin E add an extra teaspoon of water so that your serum isn't too strong.

There are, however, clinical trials highlighting that asthmatics shouldn’t inhale glutathione because it may constrict their airways. (14) Also, scientists are unsure as to how the body responds to synthetic varieties like the pills that you can get online or at your local health food stores. (15) My recommendation is to stay with the 9 natural sources and skip the man-made stuff.The bottom line, according to Appleton, is that,“There’s no evidence that supplementing with glutathione, even intravenously, is in any way going to make any cancer worse. In fact, the evidence we have suggests the opposite. Although the National Institute of Health (NIH) still claims that GSH deficiency is “very rare,” there is growing number of reputable sources that state quite the opposite. (16) Because of its role in preventing and managing disease, I recommend to be proactive and take a common sense approach to boost glutathione levels. Used for centuries by traditional folk medicine all across the world, milk thistle has long been praised as a remedy for immune dysfunction.
