Well I'm on my second bottle of Vitamin C and find it very easy to take.
I take it with water as I find it very sweet. It doesn't help my sugar reading being that I'm diabetic but I feel okay on it. Not sure what I expect from the product but honestly I have gone to bed at night feeling not a 100% thinking I may be getting the sniffles or something but have bounced back the next morning. So I'm putting that down to Vitamin C. I will need to try it a little longer before I give it the thumbs up but I certain wouldn't right this product off as rubbish. I have been taking this product for quite a while now. Even when I have been in contact with people who had a cold and flue symptoms I never got it. Would recommend it especially to seniors of any age. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a 500 ml jar of coconut oil( organic and GMO free) Well done Healthpost and very quick delivery too. It is too sweet. Is a light shake enough? When i finished the bottle i cut it open, at the bottom and on sides was a thick coating of the mixture, waste of an expensive product. I believe in the liposomal delivery and I have read good things from others on this product. Unfortunately, there is way too much salt in this. Have I gotten a bad batch? We have been taking this product on and off (off in the summer) for a couple of years, and have not had any colds or flu. My husband is 81 and I am 73 so keeping healthy is really important. I would highly recommend the product. This is great, taste fine, easy to take mixed with a bit of water.
