We received some tickets as a Christmas gift, and so we took the kids to the Legoland Discovery Centre this past weekend.
We have 3 boys, aged 11, 10, and 4, and all three kids LOVE playing Legos, so we thought this would be right up their ally. And while we enjoyed the visit overall, the older boys found the... My son loves this place. Asks every year to go for his birthday. It is not very big. Don't need that much time to finish entire place. The 4D movies are quite good. Have been there as school trip and it is very interesting. The Lego instructor is very good and designs good teaching module. As a parent of 3 and aunt of many, I know how to entertain kids. For about $25pp there are tons of places in Vaughn where your kids can have fun Hello Mamma-shay, could you please email us at info@legolanddiscoverycentre.ca with some further details as we would like to hear your feedback as to why you did not enjoy your visit. We took our 7 year old, and found it small is disappointing. She was bored within about 60 minutes and she is a huge lego fan. The movies however are fantastic!
Hello Dawn, thank you for your review. Our goal is to power creativity and imagination while inspiring family fun, interaction and learning in an exciting LEGO themed environment. We encourage all family members to enjoy our two rides, the 4D Cinema with 4 different movies, the model builder workshops and the Toronto Miniland. As well as tons of LEGO Bricks... My3 year old son loves lego and loves playing with others, so I was really looking forward to the experience. i see the possibility for the attraction, but other visitors really ruin it! The interactive/video game ride was a bit too much for his age. I was naive, as I hadn't realized there was shooting and scary... Hello ALP_0013 thank you for your review. We do our best to manage expectation by posting all information on our website center and encourage guests to visit when it is less busy if wanting to avoid crowds, especially when visiting with younger children.
We visited here last fall and to be honest after reading some reviews on here I went in with low expectations and our visit met those low expectations. We have undergone a maintenance closure and made several enhancements to the Centre. As for our LEGOLAND Shop; we are owned by... First time at Legoland Vaughan. Found the price high for my 3 year old and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Thomas at the on site restaurant, very helpful. In terms of our admission rate, we offer comparable pricing to that of most other attractions in GTA and in the City of Vaughan. We do understand that admission... The staff is nice.
