Too small room for a family with children, too many sharp corners in the room. 눉Quite cold in evening in public areas눇Great fun themed hotel 눉Small lego shop in hotel, no more lego shop in billund 눇Staff very friendly and helpful 눉Pricey restaurant눇Buffet breakfast was excellent 눉The breakfast needs a few more extra options to choice but overall was good, the coffee is terrible at breakfast, every morning was the same bad coffee so had tea on the 3rd morning, these are small issues, I would 100% stay there again눇Very clean hotel, lots of details and fun things to do for small and big kids. 눉The Store is not complete, No New edition of lego눇The Room design is awesome 눉The beds are not that great...눇Everything and everyone where awsome. Whent there in desember when Legoland is closed because it was cheap and it was great. Get a rental car with GPS its cheaper than public transport if you are 3 or more in a group. 눉I think the hotel is rather rundown - expensive food - not up to price at all

눇Friendly staff - amazing decorations in the rooms ... a paradise on earth for the kids 눉Swimming pool opening time was very early in the morning (6 - 7:45AM)눇It is the best place for family with children.Different theme of rooms with related decoration. Breakfast was very good. There were two big boxes of Lego in our room which were amazing for all family`s entertainment . Billiard and game zone were super. 눉Character room is too expensive for the size.눇Good atmosphere and location. 눇The room decoration is amazing, children can play everywhere in the hotel, the food is very good. 눉The buffet meal was expensive especially if you are vegetarian눇LocationRoom little small.눇Beautiful for kids. I wouldn't stay more than 2 days. reviewsBook this hotel and collect nights after your stayAt a glanceKey factsHotel sizeThis hotel has 223 roomsThis hotel is arranged over 3 floorsArriving/leavingCheck-in time starts at 3 PMCheck-out time is 11 AMRequired at check inCredit card or cash deposit required

Recent reviewsExcellent 4.0 /5 from 385 reviewsVery convenient location with direct access to Legoland and the freedom to get in and out during park hours. Room was excellent - however found the check in and check out process very slow. The children enjoyed it and the customer service was appropriate for a theme park but nothing really special.Stayed one night in ninjago themed room for my sons birthday. He is a huge lego fan, and loved the hotel so much that he wants to go back next year.

Whole hotel is lego themed, with lots of fun for children including play park, games rooms and access straight into legoland. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a really pleasant stay and can't wait to return next summer. An amazing place for two little princesses, while perhaps the finishings of the bathroom left something to desire for the adults. But at Legoland it's all about the kids, so great job on that front! The kids had an awesome time - that's what I wanted for them!See all reviewsIs the description of this hotel not correct? You can easily spend one/two days here, works out cheaper if you book online and also pre-pay for your parking online to avoid the queues to pay when leaving. Wonderful LEGO model villages and Star Wars models. Fantastic rides we went towards the end of August and was surprised how fast you get through the queues staff are very efficient... The LEGOLAND Billund Resort theme park with amazing models (especially the Lego cities) made from Lego pieces, over 50 interesting rides (such as Polar X-plorer, LEGO Canoe, Duplo Express, Frog Hopper, Lego Safari, X-treme Racers, Timber Ride, Pirate Boats, Caterpillar, Jungle Racers, Lego Train, Monorail, Pirate Boats, and Mine Train), many fun events, and entertaining games is great for both...

Best time to visit - September when everyone at school:) no rows, nice weather, low prices. Children enjoyed all the trip. First visited here when I was 7 - x31 years ago. So much had changed - as you would expect. The key Lego colours were on the entrance flags which brought back memories. The mini land is HUGE and very impressive. Rides are all aimed at younger children but adults have plenty to do. Panning for gold was great. Flew here from London after figuring out it would be cheaper to fly here than travel by train to Windsor! Shuttle bus from airport, arrived as it opened. Exceptionally clean, really friendly staff who all spoke excellent English. Really fun rides for children and adults to enjoy. Food is slightly expensive so bring your own snacks. I dont think any adult can really enjoy this, but I guess its perfect for kids. Seeing them happy is good enough. Full Disclosure: I traveled here in the early 90s. This place still holds such a memory and special place in my heart.
