When am I entering into a binding agreement? When you order through the LEGO Shop, you will have the opportunity to review, correct and delete your data before you place the order. By clicking on the button "Buy", or otherwise confirming your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products you have added to the virtual shopping bag. Once you have ordered your products from the LEGO Shop, we will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt. This does not mean that the order has been accepted. When you place your order with us, you are making an offer to buy, which is accepted by us when you receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the details of the ordered products, your online payment and delivery. It is, therefore, essential that you submit an accurate email address when placing your order. Can I refuse to agree to the Terms and Conditions and still make a purchase? No, you will only be able to place an order if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
In order to place an order through the LEGO Shop, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the box "I agree to the Terms and Conditions". What if the ordered products are not in stock? We cannot guarantee that all the ordered products are available in our inventory at all times. We may make partial deliveries of products included in the same order if the products can be used separately. We will bear any additional shipping costs in such circumstances, and you will not be charged any extra costs due to partial deliveries. We will inform you as quickly as possible if a product is not available or cannot be delivered on time. If the product will not be available in the foreseeable future, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. In the Bricks & Pieces selection, we are not able to accept orders for parts that are temporarily unavailable. Should your order include such a part, we will remove the unavailable item from your order. We will communicate to you, if possible, when we expect to have any unavailable items back in stock so that you may place a new order for these items.
What if I want the products sent somewhere other than my address? It is possible for you to request delivery to an address other than your billing address. In these cases we will not include the price or billing details to the delivery address, since we will assume that the delivery is a gift to the recipient. Your pricing information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Should I save a copy of the documents relating to my order? Yes, we encourage you to print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions, your online payment information and shipping confirmation email, in case you need to contact us with any questions about your order. Noisy, busy and full of Lego, no doubt heaven for Lego lovers. Our visit was a Tuesday mid day so not as busy as it must be weekends and holidays so didn't queue and wouldn't have been happy to queue as the store was much smaller than I expected, that said nice for a quick visit, or a longer (more... We had to queue to get in which was just fine as it prevented the madness of too many people surging around (a la Hamleys). Plenty of space to look around some great displays and lots of merchandise. The £4.99 to build your own 3 characters is a stroke of genius for the younger children. Friendly helpful and keen staff.... Thought it would have been bigger, couldn't belive you at to que outside even not on Half Term. The models are great and full of detail. I thought a more range of stock would be available. No cover from the rain when queing. We waited outside for 15 mins to get in (when the que was only half way full that day so I assume it can be even up to 30 mins).
I personally do not understand the whole que situation as when we entered the store was not full at all. I guess that makes a nicer experience but I would... Its mad that you have to que to get in but i can see why as lots of people in there. There are bid displays my fav is the mosaic by the stairs. Expensive but cool place We queued to get in which didn't take long. Once inside we were amazed by the Lego creations on show! The tube, policeman, beefeater, telephone box! We watched a television programme about the setting up of the shop so it was great to visit. Lego very expensive though! Some of the displays here are brilliant, Big Ben, The tube train, telephone box. Must have taken ages!! we ( 5 adults and 4 young kids ) spent an hour to two here and loved it tho' some are already Lego fanatics - great Lego exhibits and Lego shopping and super staff - you must go there if you like Lego ! Spent a very pleasant hour in this flagship store, we had prebooked tickets for the Lego mosaic maker which meant we didn't have to queue to get in!!, I would think the queue outside was only about 10-15 mins but in School holidays it could be well over the hour!!.
