This is a shopping mall where more local people will come. Not famous altough you have some nice shops here and can find some really good food. You even had a certified Lego store here. There are more malls like this kind, you wont find them in the crowded city. Not really for tourists but people who are staying here... Surprise meals for today to celebrate Valentine Day. Good prices & excellent services for diners to enjoy this special occasion. It was wow i can find a mini mongkok, malaysian, etc in the mall. I just hope it can be open air as like as the original place. It just so far away from city. The mrt station is boon lay even the mall name is jurong. I almost mix up Was walking around this mall and realized that the mall had been expanded quite extensively. Personally love their food concept here where they have the Malaysian food street, Korean food street, japanese food street, Hk street, etc.
Many restaurants or stalls situated around these themed streets and prices are very attractive. In fact, the streets were decorated to be identical... Jurong Point is easy accessible by public transport either by bus or MRT as the interchange is just next to the mall. The shopping mall has many shop outlets and the place overall is very clean despite the usual crowds. However, the foodcourt at top level Kopitiam (opposite Golden Village) has slightly poor service as the plates were uncleaned after... I've lived for years around JP. Singapore basically contains a lot of malls like this, where people can find all they need including all kinds of shops, restaurants, movie theater, banks. It's a regional traffic centre with a large bus terminal and a MRT station. Huge mall with all sorts of stores. Food options range from modern hawker centers to Japanese, Korean streets, Din Tai Fung, usual fast food joints to upscale joints. I like that they have Singtel and Singpost stores and also a 24hr Fairprice dept store.
