Eine erste kleine Enttäuschung gibt es jedoch, wenn der Kalender durchgeblättert wird: Zwei Monate wurden jeweils zusammengefasst – somit gibt es nur noch sechs LEGO-Motive. Das könnte auf Dauer an der Wand etwas monoton werden. Jedoch gibt es Platz für Notizen und stets die Hinweise, welcher Gutschein gerade eingelöst werden kann: In 2017 gibt es gleich 11 Gutscheine (und ein Gewinnspiel), ein aber folgt jedoch sogleich. Denn etliche Gutscheine sind an Mindesteinkäufe gebunden – das ist dann in meinen Augen leider kein Gutschein mehr.
So gibt es etwa im Zeitraum 24. Mai ein kleines LEGO Super Heroes Milano Set. Das ist schick – es müssen jedoch 55 Euro ausgegeben werden. Selbst 100 VIP-Punkte werden im Zeitraum vom 15. April bis zum 27. April nur verbucht, wenn 20 Euro investiert werden. Die Zeiträume sind insgesamt sehr eng gesteckt – nicht jeder hat das Glück, schnell im LEGO Store zu sein. Ein paar Highlights aber dürfen nicht fehlen: Im Zeitraum 15. September bis zum 31. Oktober gibt es einen LEGO Ninjago Schlüsselanhänger für umsonst, hier soll offenkundig der Ninjago Kinofilm „angeteasert“ werden. Im Zeitraum vom 27. Oktober ist ein Geschenk vorgesehen – so denn man kostümiert im LEGO Store erscheint. Vieles spricht dafür, dass es sich um jene Minifigur handelt, die abgebildet ist – und analog des „Chicken Suit Guy“ schon einmal gab. Apropos Oster-Minifigur: Die taucht einmal mehr auf, im Zeitraum 7. März, jedoch müssen 30 Euro investiert werden.Juli wird eine LEGO Friends Aufbewahrungsbox verschenkt, so denn der Gutschein vorgelegt wird.
Und der Geburtstagsgutschein, der in der Woche des Wiegenfestes eingelöst werden kann, ist offenbar nicht steinig: Es scheint sich „nur“ um eine Geburtstagskarte zu handeln. Die Aufmachung ist dennoch ansprechend und einige der Gutscheine durchaus löblich. Vielleicht aber wäre LEGO besser damit gefahren, es bei drei richtigen Gutscheinen zu belassen.
