• Windows Vista or newer. • .NET 3.5 (includes 2.0 and 3.0) - included in Windows 7.In Windows 8 and 10: Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off > enable “.NET Framework 3.5 (includes 2.0 and 3.0)”. • .NET 4.6 (includes 4.0) - included in Windows 8 and 10. • DirectX End-User Runtime (June 2010) - Required regardless of OS; .NET MUST be installed prior to the DirectX update. • Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 - For x64 systems install both x86 and x64 redistributables. • xinput1_3.dll (Library) - Translates XInput calls to DirectInput calls - supports old, non-XInput compatible GamePads. • x360ce.exe - (Application) - Allows for editing and testing of Library settings. • x360ce.ini - (Configuration) - Contain Library settings (button, axis, slider maps). • x360ce.gdb - (Game Database) Includes required hookmasks for various games). • Dinput8.dll - (DirectInput 8 spoof/wrapping file to improve x360ce compatibility in rare cases).

Run this program from the same directory as the game executable. XInput library files exist with several different names and some games require a change in its name. Delete x360ce.exe, x360ce.ini and all XInput DLLs from the game's executable directory. Some games have control issues, when Dead Zone is reduced to 0%. You may need to increase the Anti-Dead Zone value, if there is gap between the moment, when you start to push the axis related button, and the reaction in game. Some controllers will only operate in game, if they are set as “GamePad”. 2. Select [Controller #] tab page with your controller. 3. Open [Advanced] tab page. 4. Set "Device Type" drop down list value to: GamePad. 5. Click [Save] button. 6. Close x360ce Application, run game. Only one controller, mapped to PAD1, may work correctly in some games. 2. Select the [Controller #] tab page corresponding to your controller. 3. Open the [Direct Input Device] tab page (visible when the controller is connected).

4. Set "Map To" drop down list value to: 1. 5. Set "Map To" drop down list values (repeat steps 2. to 4.) for other controllers, if you have them, to: 2, 3 or 4. 6. Click [Save] button. 7. Close x360ce Application, run game. To use more than one controller in game, you may need to combine them. 2. Select the [Controller #] tab page corresponding to your additional controller. 3. Open the [Advanced] tab page. 4. Set "Combine Into" drop down list value to: One. 5. Select [Options] tab page. 6. Check "Enable Combining" check-box. (Note: Uncheck "Enable Combining" check-box, when you want to configure the controller.) 7. Click [Save] button. 8. Close x360ce Application, run game. The x360ce.exe application can be closed before launching the game; the game doesn't need it and it uses your computer's resources. The x360ce.exe application is just a GUI for editing x360ce.ini and testing your controller. If [Controller #] tab page light won't turn green / Red light on [Controller #] tab page:

• The controller profile loaded may match the name of your controller, but not actually be for the controller you own. • There just might not be a profile for your control at all. The light should turn green once the 2 sticks, triggers and D-pad are assigned. Sometimes x360ce.exe application needs to be restarted, after assigning these, for the light to turn green. • The controller profile might have PassThrough (check-box) enabled. • The DInput state of the controller might be incorrect due to an application crashing previously and not unloading the controller or some other reason. Opening up Joy.cpl (Set Up USB Game Controllers) and clicking the [Advanced] button, and then Okaying out of the window, that appears, can fix it. Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is a Lego-themed action-adventure video game based on The Clone Wars animated series, developed by Traveller's Tales and published by LucasArts, released in March 2011 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, Microsoft Windows and Nintendo 3DS consoles.[1] Lego Star Wars III features missions and characters from the Clone Wars television series, as well as favourite characters from the original Star Wars saga, in both single-player and multiplayer gameplay modes.[4] The Mac OS X version of the game has been released by Feral Interactive. Gameplay in Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is similar to the previous titles in the series, and other Lego video games.

Up to two players can switch between different characters to fight enemies in combat, solve puzzles, and progress through various levels. It introduces a few novelties, including scene swap, where players can switch between teams in separate locations to complete multi-part objectives, and boss battles. The game also features some real-time strategy elements, such as commanding large ground armies across battlefields. Also, the space fights have been remodelled to use a more instinctive, 3D-space battle sensation.[6] It is set during the Clone Wars animated series, as well as certain scenes from Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, unlike the original games, which featured characters from the six films of Star Wars such as Lego Star Wars: The Video Game and Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy.[7] The console version of the game features 115 characters. The portable version features 77 characters. The version for the PSP, 3DS, and DS have some differences from the console version.

For example, the ground battles are not featured. The portable version features unlockable minigames like Snowball Fight, Volleyball Droids and more. The rooms where vehicles are also not available to test in the ship itself unlike on the console version. Some levels are removed from the portable version. Some characters such as the Galactic Marine, Chi Cho, Ryo Chuchi, Thi-Sen and others, are featured on the portable version but not on the console version. Overall, the game engine used by previous Lego Star Wars games has been upgraded. It can now hold more than 200 moving units or objects on-screen. The graphics are more detailed than before, and the lighting has been improved. New features include scenarios in which players can command large armies of clones to battle against droid armies (although not on DS), and Story Swap mode, in which players can switch between two characters in different areas whose stories run simultaneously. The game includes split screen combat. All new character features include lightsaber throwing, picking up droids and stepping on certain pads in which Jedi do "combo moves" to destroy certain objects.

Vehicle levels have been altered; now, players can land their ship and begin fighting on foot (similar to Star Wars: Battlefront II). All the original elements seen in previous Lego Star Wars games have returned. The hub has also been changed, taking place in a Republic Cruiser named the Resolute and also a Separatist Ship the Invisible Hand. Characters can be purchased on these ships- Separatists on the Invisible Hand; characters from the Republic on the Resolute. The game had been in development since late 2009 when the second season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars started. The game was covered up and in June 2010 after the second season finale The Lego Group started to work on adding the last part of the second season in and new things such as a new hub and a new way to use the lightsaber. Then in late 2010, LEGO finished the game and started to make promotions for it. On 23 June 2010, LEGO released the first trailer for the game and later in 2011 they released some demos and cutscenes.

Nintendo have made 3DS trailers for the game too and also some E3 convention videos with the gameplay of Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. The official release date of the game was 22 March 2011. The game has received generally mixed reviews. GameSpot gave 6.5/10 for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii[25] while 6/10 for Nintendo 3DS.[26] IGN's Anthony Gallegos rated the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 versions of the game 7.5/10, the Wii version 7/10, and the DS, 3DS, and PSP versions 6.0. He commented on the vast variety in the in-game Hub; "the hub world is open to players to explore, but this time around, Traveller's Tales have really outdone themselves". They further stated "like so much of the Lego games design, when you combine these two relatively unexciting portions together, something strange happens: It becomes a simple, engaging game".[19] GameTrailers gave the game 6.5/10, and called it "one of the dullest in the entire series", strongly criticising the game's repetition.
